Shark Cage Diving in False Bay (half day)
Overview
A half-day surface cage dive with sharks in False Bay, from Simon's Town, with hotel pickup in Cape Town. The cage sits at the surface and takes up to six divers at a time, breathing by breath-hold. Certified divers can ask for a hookah scuba system when visibility is better than 6 metres. The boat carries at most 18 guests and the crew guides you to the best views. Water temperature is usually 14 to 18 degrees and visibility 3 to 20 metres. Wetsuits are provided; bring a towel and a change of clothes. Showers are available after the dive. Pickup from your hotel or guesthouse in Cape Town between 06:30 and 07:30. Weather permitting. Children from 5 years.
