Aquila Safari Day Trip from Cape Town
Overview
A day trip to a malaria-free Big Five game reserve about two and a half hours' drive from Cape Town, with a two-hour afternoon game drive and lunch. The reserve is in the Western Cape, so there is no malaria risk. Its elephants and lions were rescued and brought here, and it also runs a cheetah rescue and rehabilitation centre founded in 2001. After welcome drinks and lunch you head out on a two-hour game drive. Pickup from your hotel or guesthouse in the city centre and nearby areas between 07:30 and 09:00. Children from 2 years. Closed on 25 December.
